Wholesale Beef

Purchasing beef from us is easy. Most of our customers prefer to purchase by the half of a half (quarter side) or, occasionally, a half side. We haul the animal to the butcher for you. We use Sorg’s Quality Meats and Sausages in Darien, WI.

When ordering you will specify your preference of cuts to Sorg’s and you pay Sorg’s directly for the cutting charge, the cost of which is made known before ordering so there are no surprises.

This chart is merely to give you an idea of the process. It is not a specific amount you will receive. The numbers below are averages.
